* Responsible for serving as liaison between Harris IT Services
and the U.S. Army Space and Missile Defense Command to ensure

* Support efforts to identify and respond to project-related
requests for proposal/information with well-crafted proposals,
supportable pricing, responsible scheduling, cost control,
scope changes and overall direction.
* Typically uses more project management skills than technical
skills.

Qualifications:

* Successful candidates will have a Bachelors degree and 9 years
relevant professional experience; or commensurate education
and experience.
* Program Manager must have DSCS operations background and be a
savvy technologist in order to communicate effectively with
both internal and external customers, and company management.
* This is a highly visible and responsible position requiring
superior communications skills, methodical project planning
and execution, innovative thinking, and inspiring leadership.
* General computer experience, managing and directing staff,
knowledge of budgets.

Preferred Additional Skills:

* Prior experience at US Army SATCOM/53rd Signal Battalion is
desired.
* Masters and/or PMP certification desired.

This position requires the candidate to be able to obtain a TS/SSBI

General Summary:
Performs a variety of engineering tasks, either independently or under supervision, which is broad in nature and are concerned with execution of Feasibility Study, Joint Testing & Evaluation, Testing & Evaluation or Quick Reaction Test. Must have at least a secret clearance.
Principal Duties and Responsibilities: Plans and performs engineering research, design development, and other assignments in conformance with design, engineering and customer specifications. Academy Administration and Curriculum Development Trainer

Duties: Provide guidance and expertise on the operations if the program and conduct military training at the NCO level. Oversee the beginning operations and administration of an NCO Academy. Train and assist SPLA Academy administrative staff in the complete array of staff functions for an institutional setting. Develop the capacity within the Academy to develop and produce quality curriculum to meet future requirements. Assist, SPLA Academy in developing detail-training plans to support Academy operation.

Qualifications: Former U.S. Military NCO (E9/E8, either US Army or Marine Corps) with significant experience in training and/or advising military conventional forces, and preferably experience within a US Military training base such as a recruit depot, NCO Academy, or other large training establishment. Candidate must have served in positions requiring experience or training in military training and doctrine development. Exceptional ability to identify, train and assist in developing training POI and related instructional products. Must be in excellent health and able to perform under austere conditions with high temperature and humidity.

Military Non-Commissioned Officer Trainers - (Multiple)

Duties: Provide guidance and expertise on training and conducting operations at joint and individual service levels for Minister of SPLA Affairs and individual services. Assist SPLA in developing detail-training plans to support modernization efforts and operation objectives.

Qualifications: Former Military Senior NCO (E6 or above/equivalent, US Army, Marine Corps, UK or East African) with significant experience in training and/or advising military conventional forces and, preferably, experience within a military training base such as a recruit depot, NCO Academy, or other large training establishment. Combat arms military occupational skill such as Infantry, Armor, Artillery, Engineer, or Special Operations required. Must be in excellent health, able to perform under austere conditions, and conduct physically strenuous activities such as physical conditioning under conditions of high temperature and humidity.
