Requirements:
*Bachelor’s Degree in related discipline (or equivalent) with at least 4 years related experience in the Contract Administrator arena and posseses a demonstrated knowledge of the FAR/DFARs.
*Strong familiarity with defense industry contract administration, pricing, estimating, accounting, contract formation, negotiations, contracts monitoring, records and reports. Experience with Business law is desired.
*Possess a strong foundation in Government and/or Federal Acquisition Regulations.
*Superb writing, verbal, analytical, and interpersonal skills. Position requires strong individual initiative, organizational skills and ability to research issues/problems and offer alternative solutions.
*Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Explorer, Outlook, and PowerPoint is a must.
*Will regularly interact with program/project managers, finance/accounting, HR, and senior management concerning issue resolution and the evaluation and mitigation of risks.

- Support CALL's online web-based initiatives
- Attend conferences and seminars related to Army medicine, medical support development initiatives and Force Health Protection related topics
- Prepare clear, concise, effective summaries of facts and justification for proposed DOTMLPF Change Recommendations (DCR)
- Develop analytical products, white papers and special reports and present briefings on CALL's programs
- Analyze information and observations derived from both actual operations (i.e. combat, peacekeeping, training) and Combat Training Center (CTC) operations with primary emphasis with the express purpose of developing and publishing medical operational lessons learned and tactics, techniques, and procedures (TTP)

- Work with CALL and other Army collection teams to develop collection plan concepts and development, follow through with analysis and rewriting of observations, and finalize the effort with the publication of appropriate reports

Qualifications:

Requirements: The ELECTRONIC WARFARE Officer (EWO) Advisor will support the preparation and execution of various Joint and multi-service mission rehearsal exercises, events, and activities. The employee will mentor deploying military members on Tactic Techniques and Procedures of ELECTRONIC WARFARE (EW) integration and provide advice in regards to Attacking the Network (AtN) principles at multiple training centers, especially as it relates to the non-kinetic and kinetic targeting cycle. This instructor will directly impact the effectiveness and safety of our deployed troops by increasing their awareness and ability to employ non-kinetic and kinetic fires in a coordinated manner to attack enemy networks. Duties will include: 1. Observation of non-kinetic and kinetic targeting process, Airborne Electronic Attack (AEA) employment, integration of enablers, CREW employment and management, Irregular and Unconventional Warfare principles, and human factors (staff teamwork and functionality) during unit pre-deployment rotations. 2. Mentoring of service members (primarily battalion, brigade, regiment, Division and Corps EWOs, but also including other staff members within unit S-2/G-2, S-3/G-3, and S-6/G-6) on best EW/AtN practices and courses of action in order to best attack enemy networks and defeat various IED threats. 3. During training rotations, develop scripting for EW integration, develop various types of intelligence injects to execute these scripts, work within the Division Tactical Operations Center (DTOC) to oversee proper execution of these scripts, develop EW/AtN products for the rotational unit in response to unit requests for information, and develop storyboards and lessons learned for use during various after-action reviews. 4. Evaluate the Staff's ability to integrate and manage EW to AtN and best serve the Unit Commander. 5. Preparation and presentation of results, feedback, and suggestions for improvement (informal AAR's) to staffs and other trainees. 6. Outside of training rotations develop and present EW/AtN targeting classes focused on integration of EW as a form of fires and AtN principles at the operational and tactical levels. Review scenario to incorporate EW and AtN principles into the scheme of maneuver prior to each rotation. Command and Control: The Air Force Center of Excellence (AFCOE) will maintain ELECTRONIC WARFARE Standards throughout all of the Combat Training Centers (CTC) to ensure unit training objective are met. Location and Travel: This position serves as an ELECTRONIC WARFARE Subject Matter Expert (SME) at the Air Force Center of Excellence, Lackland Air Force Base, vicinity San Antonio, Texas.
