Experience and Education:

Administrative and Logistics Security Specialist (ALSSL) (CONUS) (LPMO)

This position / labor category is staffed in accordance with the requirements described below.
The ALSSL shall act as the administrative focal point for the Local Program Office to ensure recruitment, training, deployment, and other documentation is initiated and forwarded as required.

Coordinates the shipment of program equipment and materials with the HTP, U.S. Embassy, and host country
Documenting, as necessary, that the proper customs, procedures, and standards are adhered to
Maintains, in conjunction with existing operations, strict accountability of equipment, supplies, spare parts, etc. through a computerized file and accounting system associated with each Task Order (TO) issued under this contract.
Prepares support documentation for all incoming and out-going personnel traveling to other countries in support of the contract
Coordinates transport with the HTP and U.S. Embassies for all incoming and outgoing WPS Program personnel to/from the airport and ensures housing needs are met both in-transit and in-country.
Arranges and/or confirms air transport schedule, following HTP and Post guidelines for various optional travel routings
On a short-term basis, and only in the absence of the Local Program Manager, assumes the on-site role and responsibilities of the Local Project Manager. Must meet all of the below qualifications:

Job Description: Shift Leader/Team Leader (SL)

This position / labor category is staffed in accordance with the requirements described below.

Manage and direct protective security operations (PRS, ERT/QRF, etc) on a day-to-day basis.
The SL shall be designated as a protective security specialist (P)
The SL is required to attend the protective security specialist (PSS) training course as outlined in Exhibit E
The SL must maintain weapons qualifications as outlined in this contract, for the Glock, M4, Shotgun, M240, M249 and M203 and familiarization fire for the AK47.
Vetted shift leaders are authorized to permanently fill the Labor Categories of the PSS in case of shortages with the approval from HTP.f. Directly supervises protective security specialists including members of the ERT(s) / QRF(s)
Ensures that all posts and detail positions / labor categories are properly covered and that the detail is operating smoothly in accordance with schedule and preset plans.h. Ensures that all posts of the ERT(s) / QRF(s) are properly covered and ready to respond
Ensures that the ERT patrols are completed
Directs and controls response actions, if required, through radio communications during motorcades and all ground, air, or water movements. Must meet all of the below qualifications:

Five (5) years experience in protective security assignments.

9. Position Title: Aircraft Structural Repair Mechanic (EGG62476) Ft. Carson, CO


Minimum Requirements:
URS Corporation is hiring a qualified Aircraft Structural Repair Mechanics in support of RESET program at US Army aircraft maintenance facility in Ft. Carson, CO.

High School graduate or equivalent with a minimum five (5) years actual and recent MWO/RESET level aircraft structural MOD experience on UH-60 airframes is required. Must have completed military aviation maintenance training or aviation maintenance technical school curriculum or possess an FAA issued A&P license. Candidates with prior U.S. Army structural repair training & experienced on UH-60 helicopters will be preferred. Knowledge and use of special tools/equipment required to perform assigned maintenance tasks is mandatory.

Must be able to meet physical requirements associated with and/or pass any medical examination requirements related to performing daily assigned tasks. May be required to pass and maintain a U.S. Government background security check.

Salary: $26.85 per hr

Job Description:
The Aircraft Mechanic I troubleshoots malfunctions in aircraft structure, landing gear, flight surfaces and controls, anti-icing, pneudraulic, engines, auxiliary power unit, and ventilation and heating systems. This mechanic repairs, replaces, and rebuilds aircraft structures, such as wings and fuselage, and functional components including rigging, surface controls, and plumbing and hydraulic units, using hand tools, power tools, machines, and equipment such as shears, sheet metal brake, welding equipment, rivet gun, and drills. This worker reads and interprets manufacturers' and airline's maintenance manuals, service bulletins, technical data, engineering data, and other specifications to determine feasibility and method of repairing or replacing malfunctioning or damaged components. Responsibilities
The contract objective is to support the Afghanistan Ministry of the Interior (MoI) and the Afghan National Police (ANP) to increase their overall capabilities to provide a trained and professional police presence, enhance public security, support the rule of law in Afghanistan, and assist the US, NATO, AND ISAF mission teaching and mentoring the MoI/ANP. The Afghan MoI is responsible for nationwide law enforcement.
•Work directly with the DI curriculum developers in the development of the intelligence training curriculum.
•Advise the two MOI Directorate of Intelligence (DI) curriculum developers and advise them on course planning, development, and the development of a professional education program.
•Advise the curriculum developers on how Plans of Instruction (POIs) and Lesson Plans (LPs) are created through a deliberate process, led by the DI Chief of Training Management, which meets the DI‟s training needs and are validated through the MOI Director of Training and Education.
•Advise the curriculum developers that all POIs and LPs are reviewed at least annually; and that the DI actively seeks feedback from its operational elements and lessons learned are integrated into POI and LP updates.
•Advise the curriculum developers on how to develop POIs and LPs containing training objectives, terminal learning objectives, and enabling learning objectives.
•Advise the curriculum developers on how all POIs and LPs are designed with a defined and articulated standard for student proficiency which is measured at the end of the training event. Ensure there is a program in place to retrain students who fail to demonstrate proficiency until they meet the standard.
•Advise the curriculum developers on how objectives are developed and codified for training, tailored to the unique requirements of a police intelligence organization to include the following:
•HUMINT
•DOMEX – Analysis Section
•OSINT – Analysis Section
•CRIMINT – Analysis Section
•Collection Management and Dissemination

Qualifications
•Former officer 04 - 06 or E-9 with Battalion or Brigade Staff experience as either CSM, XO, S3 or other primary staff responsible for training and doctrine development or maintenance support operations
•At least 15 years direct experience in functional area
•Experience in program or project management
•Office automation programs such as MS Office, PowerPoint, Excel, Word
•Excellent written and verbal communication skills
•Prior supervisory experience required
•Completion of mandatory training required prior to deployment
•Experience in professional development and training and working in Middle Eastern or Asian cultures

Security Requirements
•Must be able to obtain and maintain a Secret security clearance (background screening is required)

Physical Demands
